Additional Colour Options for The Beats Fit Pro are Being Introduced, Including Tidal Blue, Volt Yellow, and Coral Pink

Following reports earlier this month, Apple’s Beats by Dre division unveiled Tidal Blue, Volt Yellow, and Coral Pink as three new hues for its well-liked Beats Fit Pro earbuds. Beats Fit Pro is a competitor to Apple’s AirPods Pro and was first introduced in late 2021. It offers many of the same features as the latter, including active noise cancellation (ANC), an H1 chip for Apple-specific features like “Hey Siri,” Find My, and automatic device switching, but in a more fitness-focused design.

Beats is launching a new “LOCK IN. WORK OUT.” marketing campaign with singer/songwriter Chlöe Bailey and tennis player Frances Tiafoe as part of the updated color launch on Thursday, February 23.

Beats Fit Pro has a more discrete appearance that emphasizes an in-ear design but also features flexible wingtips on top for further stability in place of the iconic AirPod stems. Beats Fit Pro controls are on the main body of each earbud, with the entire outer surface of each bud being a clickable button with the “b” Beats brand on it. Beats Fit Pro lacks stems for force sensors like AirPods and AirPods Pro.

The onboard buttons provide the typical audio functions, allowing for play/pause and answer/hang up of audio files and phone calls with a single touch. A triple press skips backward while a double press advances to the following audio track.

Also, each earbud includes a press-and-hold feature that can be customized separately for each side. For example, suppose you don’t want to utilize the “Hello Siri” trigger phrase. In that case, you can use one side to activate Siri and the other side to switch between listening modes (ANC, Transparency, and off). In addition, the press-and-hold feature may adjust the onboard volume, with one bud increasing the volume and the other decreasing it.

The Beats Fit Pro’s battery life is around six hours with ANC or Transparent mode activated. It can last up to seven hours when these capabilities are deactivated. You may carry an additional 21 hours of battery life with the USB-C charging case.

Generally, people have shown a strong preference for Beats Fit Pro. Many people find the buds more comfortable to wear, whether exercising or being active, than AirPods Pro. They provide ANC and good sound quality.

The three new Beats Fit Pro color options, which are available for the same $199.99 price as other colors, join the existing Stone Purple, Sage Gray, Beats White, and Beats Black options that were a part of the initial launch, as well as the skin-tone-neutral Moon, Dune, and Earth colors introduced last August in partnership with Kim Kardashian. Free engraving on the charging case can be added to orders purchased through Apple to make them uniquely yours.
