A barrel of oil in the US hit its lowest level since February 21, 2022.

Oil prices continued to decline during trading on Thursday, with a barrel of US West Texas Intermediate oil trading below the $90 level for the first time since February 21, 2022.

By 4:15 pm Moscow time, US oil contracts fell 0.81% to $89.93 per barrel. At the same time, world contracts for Brent blend fell by 1.06% to $95.75 per barrel, according to data from the Bloomberg website.
