The governor of the Mykolaiv region in southern Ukraine has announced a $100 reward for every resident of the region, in which the Russian army controls areas and is close to its center, instructs collaborators with Russia.
He urged regional governor Vitaly Kim to provide local authorities with information via Telegram about anyone informing the Russians about the whereabouts of Ukrainian forces or helping to locate possible bombing targets.
“After our thorough investigation and confirmation of the information provided, you will receive a reward of $100,” he wrote.
Kim indicated that he intended to “close” the city of Nikolaev for several days in order to neutralize collaborators with the Russians.
“We want to put an end to this,” he told Khodorkovsky. “We are working on curfew measures. We have an important database. We will close the city for a few days and knock on the doors of the bad.”
Earlier, Zelensky indicated that Ukrainian authorities are currently investigating more than 650 cases of suspicion of treason committed by government officials.
